Bandipur National Park

Bandipur National Park established in 1974 as a tiger reserve under Project Tiger, is anational park located in the south Indian state of Karnataka. It was once a private hunting reserve for the Maharaja of theKingdom of Mysore but has now been upgraded to Bandipur Tiger Reserve.

The Biligirirangana Hills, commonly called B R Hills, is a hill range situated in south-easternKarnataka, at its border with Tamil Nadu (Erode District) in South India. The area is called Biligiriranganatha Swamy Temple Wildlife Sanctuary or simply BRT Wildlife Sanctuary.
